ดีแทคคว้ารางวัล สุดยอดนายจ้างยอดเยี่ยมแห่งประเทศไทย 4 รางวัล
16 มีนาคม 2564 – ดีแทคคว้ารางวัลสุดยอดนายจ้างยอดเยี่ยมแห่งประเทศไทย ประจำปี 2564 รวม 4 รางวัล (Thailand Best Employer Brand Awards 2021) จัดโดยสถาบันการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (World HRD Congress), CHRO Asia และ Employee Branding Institute เพื่อยกย่ององค์กรไทยที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล
ทั้ง 4 รางวัลประกอบด้วย รางวัลการพัฒนาอาชีพยอดเยี่ยม รางวัลด้านการอบรมยอดเยี่ยม รางวัลกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานบุคคลยอดเยี่ยม และรางวัลการดูแลสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยในที่ทำงานยอดเยี่ยม รางวัลเหล่านี้สะท้อนให้เห็นความเป็นผู้นำของดีแทคในความทุ่มเทดูแลให้พนักงานทำงานอย่างมีความสุข ด้วยแพลตฟอร์มที่พนักงานสามารถเลือกวางแผนการเติบโตในวิชาชีพได้เอง นโยบายการทำงานจากที่บ้าน ที่กำหนดชัดเจนเกี่ยวกับความคาดหวังและเป้าหมายต่างๆ โดยให้อำนาจและอิสระในการทำงาน เพื่อให้ทุกคนสามารถทำตามจุดมุ่งหมายที่วางไว้อย่างยืดหยุ่น ในขณะเดียวกันก็ชัดเจนในเรื่องการวัดผล ซึ่งเป็นสไตล์การบริหารงานแบบ ‘tight-loose-tight’
